Transformational Breath is a complete self healing system using conscious breathing to facilitate improved well-being, inner peace and greater joy in life. It is unique from other forms of Breathwork. The target audience are people looking to improve their quality of life. The app's main purpose is to allow people to access information on the technique and find facilitators or events in their area. In order to do this there is a directory of facilitators, introductory information on the technique, the types of sessions and events available and a link to our site in order to book events. Transformational Breath@ works by facilitating the natural healing process for all types of trauma, is beneficial in gaining greater physical, mental and spiritual health and in maintenance of optimal health. Transformational Breath also uses other supportive modalities such as toning, hands on and breathing analysis. Developed by Judith Kravitz, this system has been taught in over 20 countries and 10 languages for almost 4 decades.

Requires iOS 6.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
